Body types in GW are way too stereotypical, almost unrealistic. Some may choose to have a thin, lean male warrior, or a big and beatiful female ele, or a non-anorexic female sin. One hat never fits all.

Someone make this post in the GW2 suggestions thread, because there's no way it's happening in GW1.
It's a good idea, more character customization ftw. More in-depth character creation would be cool, like "Tiger Woods PGA Tour '07" style.

Been suggested lots of times (by myself included) but I do like this idea. It would make our characters more unique and not everyone in the world is skinny like all the female characters, and not all guys are bulky like the warriors.
They'll probably put this in Guild Wars 2, so that'll be great. But maybe not with the profession-specific bodies, more like a thing like the height meter only for your weight/build.

hopefully this thread (and others like it) will make it into GW2 since it is unlikely they would change this for the current GW
more customization would be great!
i'd also like to be able to use the models from other campaigns - for example, use NF character models but begin in Prophecies, etc. It's only the look, after all, so I don't see why it would be an issue - it has no function. If I have purchased the NF campaign, that "unlocks" all those models, and I can use them in any campaign I own.
